二種死

(二種死, 二种死)

The two kinds of death, [lang id =1028]命盡死 natural death, and [lang id =1028]外緣死 violent death, or death from external cause.

﹝出涅槃經﹞ 〔一、 命盡死〕， 謂天命當盡， 捨所受身， 故名命盡死。 然或有命盡非是福盡， 或有福盡非是命盡， 或有福命俱盡， 皆為命盡死也。 （福， 謂財物等。 ） 〔二、 外緣死〕， 謂不順天命， 以喪其身， 故名外緣死。 如非分自害， 或橫遭他人所害， 或二人怒氣相加， 自他俱死， 皆為外緣死也。
